Main Street restoration

Worcester, MA

Raymond James Restoration, Inc. has just completed a major restoration project at 371-379 Main Street and 381-385 Main Street in downtown Worcester.

Both buildings were constructed in the 1880’s and while the first floors housed businesses, the upper floors have been vacant for over 20 years. Our historical masonry specialists recreated lintels to match the existing ones by completing numerous samples to achieve the exact match in color, texture and size. We also matched the existing brick and mortar when we completed brick replacement and repointing. Lastly, an elastomeric coating was applied to two of the elevations. As you can see from the photos, the façade has undergone a beautiful transformation!
